Get ready to have the best show ever…. of your OWN!

We used a set of forms for all of our shows that has been adjusted and evolved to be as easy to use as can be imagined. It might look like quite a lot, but each form and how to use it will be explained.

        There are several blank forms for you to use as is, or change them to better serve you. They are listed  below and are included as separate files. They have been done in Microsoft Word or Excel with the exception of the showbill, which was created with Microsoft Publisher. There is also a showbill done in Word that you may be able to customize and use. You are free to make any changes you want in the forms. The showbill that is included can really only be used as an example. I have not been able to find a "fill in the blanks" utility that would serve the purpose of creating a showbill. If you are aware of one, let me know, and I will look at upgrading this resource.

When printing your point sheets in excel set up your page to print landscape, and choose the option to print the gridlines, also in the page setup. Then they can be customized however you might want to change them.
